After you attend Litter Outta Lyndale, keep the Earth Day (Weekend) festivities going by attending the Midtown Global Market Fix-It Clinic! This event is run and sponsored by LNA, in collaboration with a couple of repair and eWaste based organizations in Minneapolis.

Repairs included are:

  • Electronics Repair: Give your electronics and appliances a second life! Complete this registration form to secure your 30-minute slot with a repair technician.

  • Clothing Mending: Rips, holes, hems - bring a clothing item and learn about basic mending techniques while a mender gives new life to your clothes!

  • Mini Workshop Series: 20-minutes workshops on various tech and repair topics will be offered throughout the day.

  • E-Waste drop-off: Safely recycle your eWaste! Refer to the event flyer to see what is and is not accepted. For a full list of items that will be accepted and not accepted, please visit our website.

  • Household appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, blenders, washer/dryers, ovens, etc.)

  • Medial waste

  • Smoke detectors

  • Freon-containing devices (i.e., refrigerators)

  • Mercury-containing devices (thermostats, fluorescent tubes, etc.)

  • Air conditioners

  • Dehumidifiers

  • Batteries

For items containing hazardous materials we recommend disposal through your county's Hazardous Waste site.
