Volunteering & Community Share Block
We still need volunteers for Nicollet Open Streets, especially street ambassadors and compost supervisors from 12:45 PM to 2:45 PM. All volunteers receive a free t-shirt and access to the volunteer hub for snacks and drinks.
LNA and the Whittier Alliance are hosting a Community Share Block and Really Really Free Market (RRFM). Modeled after Buy Nothing groups, community members can gift items or take them home for free.
If you have items to spare, please sign up to gift them! You do NOT need to gift items to receive items.

Our greatest need is coverage from 12:45pm to 2:45pm. We have slots open for street ambassadors and compost supervision and education.
Want to get involved before the big day? This year also includes the Nicollet Ave Clean Up on Thursday, September 24, from 6:00-7:30pm.

A RRFM follows the same principles as a Buy Nothing Group allowing folks to gift items and take items home for FREE. You do NOT need to gift items to take items.
